A super concentration of the mind while in a state of deep relaxation. You probably go into and out of a state of hypnosis several times a day without realising it.
 
What will you get out of it?
 
Fears, stress, phobias and many unwanted behaviours can be caused by unconscious faulty pattern matching. During a hypnotic state, it is possible for you to remove those faulty patterns or alter the way you respond to or them.
 
Is it safe?
 
Yes. You are aware and in control at every moment.
Yes. You can terminate the session at any time.
You can not get “stuck” in a state of hypnosis.
You can not be made to think or do anything against your will.
 
How many sessions will you need?
 
Many problems can be resolved with one session, others may require more. It depends very much on you and will be assessed with you.
 
Can anyone be hypnotised?
 
Yes. As long as you allow it, you can be hypnotised.
